本调查旨在了解您对酒店企业社会责任举措的看法及其对预订决策的影响。本调查认为客户感知酒店CSR措施的维度主要集中在真实性、一致性、盈利能力、互动性四个维度上,即酒店CSR措施是否真实有效,是否与其品牌定位一致,是否能为消费者带来实际利益,是否与消费者之间存在互动交流。

所有回复都是匿名的,仅用于学术研究。This survey aims to understand your perceptions of hotel CSR initiatives and their impact on booking decisions. This survey posits that customers perceive hotel CSR initiatives through four primary dimensions: authenticity (whether the initiatives are genuine and effective), consistency (alignment with the hotel’s brand positioning), benefit-driven value (delivering tangible benefits to consumers), and interactivity (engagement and communication between the hotel and consumers). 

All responses are anonymous and used solely for academic research.
