Introduction: We are full-time postgraduate students at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. We are conducting a survey of a new product as part of our group project for our marketing class. We would like to take a few minutes of your time to participate in this survey. The objective of this survey is to understand your perceptions and attitude toward a new AI-based platform from Word Book Limited that will be launched in China soon. Some AI platforms frequently-used by students include those for personalized learning and tutoring (e.g., Khan Academy, Duolingo, Socratic by Google, ChatGPT), writing and research assistance (e.g., Grammarly, QuillBot, Elicit), note-taking and organization (e.g., Notion AI, Otter.ai), flashcards and memoraization (e.g., Quizlet, Anki), exam preparation (e.g., ExamSoft, Pastest).
